1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Convenue LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through Convenue and are designed to protect your rights as a customer, as well as to ensure clarity in all interactions with us. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using our services.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility: You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.

2.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Reservation Processing and Hotel Verification

Once we receive your reservation request, our team promptly begins working on securing your rooms at the requested hotel. This process typically takes up to 2 hours. After that time, your rooms should be confirmed and held under the guest names you provided.

Please note that while your reservation is fully secured, not all hotel staff may be familiar with “Convenue” by name if you contact the property directly. However, your reservation will be solidly booked under the guest names submitted, and the hotel should be able to locate and confirm your reservation accordingly.

4. Data Privacy and Compliance

• By using our service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Your data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for fulfilling the booking (such as with hotels or payment processors), and all data sharing will be conducted in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in our website, products, and services are owned by Convenue LLC or its licensors.

5.2 License to User Content: By submitting any content (e.g., comments, feedback, or suggestions) to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any form, media, or technology.

6. Modifications

• Modifications to your booking, including date changes, name changes, or changes in the number of rooms, can be made at no extra cost up to 10 days before your stay.
• Cancellations are allowed in part or in full, depending on the specific terms of your booking request.
• Group bookings (10+ rooms) may have different cancellation terms, depending on the hotel’s policy, which will be outlined in the booking confirmation or simply ask one of our dedicated support team at (628) 244-5028

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convenue LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

7.2 In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convenue LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that:

9.1 Violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. 9.2 Infringes upon the rights of others. 9.3 Interferes with or disrupts our services or networks. 9.4 Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the booking is made or in accordance with the hotel’s location.

Additional Considerations

1. Data Sharing and Transfers:
   
   Personal data may be shared with third-party processors (such as hotels and payment gateways) for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. We ensure all third parties comply with applicable data protection regulations.
   
   
2. Right to Withdraw Consent:
   
   You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time by contacting us. However, this may impact our ability to fulfill your booking.
   
   
3. Group Booking Terms:
   For group bookings of 10 or more rooms are subject to separate terms and conditions based on the hotel’s group policy. You will be informed of these terms when your group booking is confirmed.
   
   
4. Force Majeure:
   We are not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or strikes. In such cases, we will work with the hotel to offer a resolution based on the specific situation.
   
   
5. Refunds:
   Our bookings are completely flexible reservations. If your booking is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of your cancellation request. For more information on refunds, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy page.
